Experience Required: 3 + years in ERP Implementation (Construction ERP preferred) Vacancies: 10 Positions (Immediate Requirement) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (With travel across India; international travel if required) Job Type: Full time | On-Site (Client Deployment & Office-Based Work) Joining Timeline: Immediate Joiners Preferred (015 days) Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business, or related domains Position Overview - The ERP Implementation Consultant will be responsible for deploying Nway ERP at client locations, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, training, and end-user adoption. - The role includes understanding business processes, mapping requirements, configuring ERP modules, and supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. ERP Implementation & Process Mapping - Requirement gathering, process mapping, and defining ERP configurations. - Configure ERP modules: Finance, HR, Projects, Inventory, Procurement, etc. - Conduct UAT sessions, validations, and system testing. - Provide end-user training and functional documentation. 2. Deployment & Client Coordination - Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations. - Lead go-live and provide post-implementation support. - Ensure project timelines are met and maintain client satisfaction. - Proactively escalate and resolve critical issues. 3. Reporting & Product Improvement - Document client insights and recommend product improvements. - Travel across India for ERP deployment (international travel when required). Requirements - Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business, or related fields. - 3+ years of ERP implementation experience. - Strong functional understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, and Projects. - Technical knowledge (SQL, databases, ERP configuration) is an advantage. - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and client-handling skills. - Ability to work independently at client sites. - Willingness to travel extensively.
