About the role
Role Overview: You will be a Program Manager responsible for driving execution across complex engineering programs involving software, firmware, SDKs, validation, infrastructure, and cross-functional platform development. Your role will involve coordinating execution across engineering, QA, DevOps, release engineering, product management, and customer stakeholders to enable predictable delivery with minimal process overhead. Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end execution of engineering programs from requirements to release - Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables - Coordinate across software, firmware, validation, DevOps, and infrastructure teams - Track program health, execution risks, blockers, and escalation items - Ensure timely delivery of releases, milestones, and customer commitments - Drive alignment between engineering priorities and business objectives Cross-Functional Coordination: You will facilitate collaboration between engineering, QA, product, operations, and external stakeholders. Organize and lead program reviews, status meetings, release reviews, and planning sessions. Manage dependency tracking across teams and projects, ensuring effective communication of priorities, timelines, and risks. Release & Delivery Management: - Coordinate release planning and release readiness activities - Track feature completeness, validation status, and release blockers - Drive release governance processes and milestone sign-offs - Ensure release documentation and communication are completed on time - Work closely with release engineering and DevOps teams for deployment coordination Process & Operational Excellence: You will improve engineering execution processes and workflow efficiency, drive adoption of automation, CI/CD, and delivery best practices. Monitor project metrics, KPIs, and delivery trends, helping establish scalable development and release processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across engineering operations. Risk & Issue Management: Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation plans, escalate critical issues appropriately, track action items, and ensure accountability across teams. Manage changing priorities in dynamic engineering environments. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field - 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering project management - Experience managing complex engineering programs involving software development and system integration - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release processes - Experience working with cross-functional technical teams - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational and execution capabilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Role Overview: You will be a Program Manager responsible for driving execution across complex engineering programs involving software, firmware, SDKs, validation, infrastructure, and cross-functional platform development.
