Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to lead enterprise testing initiatives across UI, API, Database/ETL/DWH, and Cloud applications . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, experience in defining testing strategies, driving automation, managing QA teams, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare and own Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Approach, Test Estimation, and Test Closure documents. Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects and workstreams. Define and drive the test automation strategy using Tricentis Tosca . Review, approve, and maintain automated test suites developed using Tricentis Tosca. Coordinate with business users, product owners, developers, architects, and project stakeholders. Drive test planning, execution, defect management, risk management, and quality reporting throughout the SDLC. Review test scenarios, test cases, automation scripts, and QA deliverables. Provide technical oversight for UI, API, Database, ETL/DWH, Cloud, and End-to-End testing. Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, SoapUI , or similar tools. Validate data integrity using complex SQL queries. Monitor testing progress, project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to QA standards, governance, and automation best practices. Lead defect triage meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Present testing status, quality metrics, automation progress, and release readiness to stakeholders. Support CI/CD and Continuous Testing initiatives. Mentor QA engineers on testing methodologies, Tricentis Tosca automation, Agile practices, and Quality Engineering. Drive continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements. Required Technical Skills Strong experience in: UI Testing API Testing Database/ETL/DWH Testing Cloud Testing Strong SQL expertise Experience with Unix/Linux or Cloud applications Exposure to BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Experience with Test Management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or ALM Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (Mandatory) Leadership Skills Test Planning & Test Strategy Stakeholder & Business User Management Team Leadership & Mentoring Risk Management & Quality Governance Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Nice to Have ISTQB Certification Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience Experience leading distributed/offshore testing teams Utilities domain experience Why Join Us?
