As the Head of AI Product Development at NYX.today, your role will involve overseeing the development of AI products, managing a team of AI engineers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring that AI solutions align with business goals. You will lead AI research and development projects, integrating advanced technologies such as pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision into the product suite. We are looking for a hands-on technology leader with expertise in generative AI models and AI agents, combined with strong software engineering skills to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the development of AI products and manage a team of AI engineers - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure AI solutions align with business goals - Lead AI research and development projects, integrating advanced technologies into the product suite - Drive AI innovation and software product development at NYX - Ensure scalable, production-ready solutions by combining expertise in generative AI models and AI agents with strong software engineering leadership Qualifications & Experience: Core Qualifications: - Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields (IIT/NIT/IIIT or equivalent) - 8 (not more than 15 years) of combined experience in AI/ML and software development - Proven track record of leading teams building end-to-end AI software products - Strong coding and system design expertise in Python, C, Java, or equivalent - Experience in cloud-native architectures and scalable AI model deployment - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Technical Expertise: - Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models) - AI Agent Development & Multi-Agent Systems - Full-stack software development and product engineering - Distributed systems, model optimization, and scalable APIs - NLP, Computer Vision, and applied deep learning - Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI and software deployment Preferred: - Experience shipping AI-driven SaaS products at scale - Prior work in startups or high-growth environments - Ability to balance cutting-edge AI research with practical software engineering As NYX.today is in the post-revenue generation phase and works with enterprise clients, you will have the opportunity to shape both AI and product development strategy at a crucial fundraising stage.
