About the role
As a Risk, Reporting & Analytics (RR&A) - Regulatory Reporting professional, your role will involve aggregating and analyzing portfolio data to meet both recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting requirements. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and scale by optimizing processes and leveraging technology. Additionally, you will act as a citizen developer to implement technology-enabled reporting solutions. Your qualifications for this role should include a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong command of US and European regulatory requirements. You should have deep experience with Form PF, Solvency II, AIFMD, and related filings, as well as a track record of establishing controls frameworks and internal processes. Experience with platforms like Omnia, Confluence, or similar tools would be beneficial. Knowledge of financial analytics, including yields, spreads, and durations, is essential. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is required, with additional skills in Python and Azure considered advantageous. Bloomberg experience would also be a plus, along with prior regulatory filings experience in an investment management firm. In terms of personal attributes, you should possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Being a self-starter with a focus on execution and accountability is important. Adaptability and sound judgment are key qualities, along with strong learning and problem-solving abilities. You should have a drive for efficiency through process optimization and technology. As for education requirements, a relevant Bachelor's degree is mandatory, while a Master's degree is preferred for this role.
