Diploma / Bachelors degree in IT,Computer Science,or related field. . 2 5 years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles. MacOS knowledge preferred. . Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting. Experience with IT ticketing tools (Zoho Desk,Freshdesk,ServiceNow,etc.).
