Assistant Manager - Civil & Finishes

Job Responsibilities: - Planning and execution of various civil works and internal projects by managing team and co- ordinating with various vendors. Handling end-to-end Quotations, vendors comparative, Negotiation and Billing process. Resolve all civil related complaints pertaining to customers and operation team. Execute all internal projects with implementation and execution of the task details as per the CAD drawing and scope of work. Taking approvals for internal alteration and co-ordinate with structural consultant, making partition wall etc Execution of fabrication job of strengthening work ensuring quality and safety. Co- ordinate with vendor for quotations and purchase department for PO/ Work orders for the work Follow up with the sub-contractor for work schedule and ensure completion of work in time limit. Guiding the Supervisors and vendors in their work, checking the Quality of the Works according to the standards All waterproofing works to be executed before monsoon based on previous leakages and preventive measures for leakage prone area. Tracking of materials used for maintenance work and indent material procurement well before stock out Ensuring timely measurement checking, passing of the bill of subcontractors, labour contractors etc. and submitting to the Managers table for further process
