UI/UX Designer

You will be responsible for designing engaging product pages, landing pages, and website interfaces using Figma. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs - Building and maintaining design systems and reusable components - Ensuring designs are responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices - Collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams - Optimizing UI for usability, performance, and conversions - Continuously improving designs based on feedback and data To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design - A strong portfolio showcasing websites and product/landing pages - Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) - A solid understanding of UX principles, layouts, and interaction design - Experience designing responsive web interfaces - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer handoff - Strong attention to detail and visual design skills It would be beneficial if you have experience in: - Designing SaaS or B2B platforms - Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) - Working with design systems at scale - Familiarity with frontend frameworks or developer workflows In this role, you will work on: - Designing product pages for AI and SaaS platforms - Improving website UX to drive lead generation and conversions - Creating scalable and consistent design systems Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position in Chennai (5 days/week).
