Datastage Developer

As a highly skilled DataStage Developer with 7+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing projects, your role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing DataStage jobs in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. - Build and support complex Parallel Jobs, Server Jobs, and Sequences. - Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable ETL solutions. - Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple source systems. - Perform ETL performance tuning and optimization. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and database teams. - Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to development standards. Mandatory Qualifications: - 7+ years of IBM DataStage Development experience. - Strong expertise in DataStage Parallel Jobs. - Hands-on experience with DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator. - Strong SQL skills and database concepts. - Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL methodologies. - Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, or similar databases. - Unix/Linux scripting knowledge. - ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: - Control-M / Autosys scheduling tools. - Data Modeling concepts. - Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain. - Agile/Scrum development methodology.
