As a Senior Engineering Analyst, Grade II, you will play a critical role in driving technical excellence and innovation across the SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) analysis areas. This position is pivotal to Oceaneering's success by ensuring robust engineering solutions, mentoring future talent, and leading complex analysis projects that meet stringent quality and safety standards. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as and when needed for project reviews, client meetings, and technical workshops. Understand business needs and devise engineering solutions using analysis expertise to support bid, execution or failure and remediation studies. Supervise & mentor other Engineers on design by analysis. Execute complex analysis projects. Lead multiple projects at the same time, including small cross-functional projects. Ensure compliance to established Quality Management Processes. Interact and Communicate with business units frequently to understand their requirements. Strive to achieve targets on relevant key performance indicators. Should be open to travel as per business needs. Guide team members to have them accomplish their performance goals. Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures. Understand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil/Ocean/Naval Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of experience or Masters degree in Mechanical/Ocean/Naval Architecture Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 5 years of experience. Expert level knowledge on use of FEA & calculation for SURF Local and Global analysis and relevant CAE softwares (e.g. Strong knowledge of more than one relevant Mechanical industry codes/standards (e.g.; Basic knowledge of CAD software used. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
