AI Engineer - Autonomous & Intelligent Authoring Systems

Role Overview: As an AI Engineer specializing in Autonomous & Intelligent Authoring Systems, your main responsibility will be to design, integrate, and optimize autonomous intelligent authoring systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Your role will involve building scalable AI-driven platforms capable of content generation, workflow automation, reasoning, decision support, and multi-agent orchestration. Key Responsibilities: - Design and integrate autonomous AI systems using advanced LLM architectures. - Develop intelligent authoring platforms for automated content generation, summarization, documentation, and workflow assistance. - Build and manage multi-agent AI orchestration pipelines. - Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for domain-specific knowledge retrieval. - Optimize prompts, fine-tuning workflows, and inference performance. - Develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI microservices. - Monitor model quality, hallucination reduction, latency, and response accuracy. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI-driven solutions. - Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, open-source models, and autonomous agent technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields. - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. - 5+ years of experience working with LLMs and generative AI systems. - Experience deploying production-grade AI applications. - Experience building enterprise AI copilots or intelligent authoring tools. - Understanding of agentic AI systems and workflow automation. - Exposure to multimodal AI systems. - Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
