Senior ETL Developer, Data Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for getting requirements from stakeholders and seeking clarification up to the lowest detail. You will plan, execute, and develop ETL scripts using Informatica. It will be your responsibility to highlight or escalate risks and concerns related to assigned tasks to your immediate supervisor. Additionally, you will perform unit testing of ETL processes to ensure the quality of work output. Supporting project delivery teams in adopting and executing data management processes will also be part of your role. You will identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues in a cost-effective and timely manner. On a rotational basis, you will also perform the production support role for any escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from stakeholders and seek clarification up to the lowest detail - Plan, execute, and develop ETL scripts using Informatica - Highlight or escalate risks and concerns related to assigned tasks - Perform unit testing of ETL processes to ensure quality - Support project delivery teams in adopting and executing data management processes - Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues - Perform production support role for escalations on a rotational basis Qualifications Required: - BE/B Tech/MSc/MCA with Specialization in Computer Science/Information Systems - 6 years of experience in Informatica Data Integration Tool - 6 years of experience in writing SQL Queries, Oracle database - 3 years of experience in Python scripting - Exposure to one of the scheduling tools (Control-M/Autosys, etc.) - Exposure to Data Quality Processes or Informatica tool components such as IDQ Informatica Data Quality (Developer & Analyst tool) - Strong communication skills with a track record of working in and with teams - Self-starter with experience in prioritizing and managing a complex workload - Interpersonal and relationship management experience with strong organizational skills - Capacity to gain thorough knowledge of the relevant business area - Ability to work as part of a team - Follows both SDLC life cycle/Agile Development life cycle as per requirements Additional Details: Onity Group Inc. is a leading non-bank financial services company providing mortgage servicing and originations solutions through its subsidiary, Onity Mortgage.
