About the role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in process optimization, productivity improvement, and efficiency analysis within the footwear industry. The role involves applying IE methodologies to streamline production processes, improve resource utilization, and ensure consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities: Conduct time motion studies to define standard time and improve process efficiency. Develop optimal line layout and balance production lines for smooth workflow. Analyze bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to reduce downtime. Plan and monitor manpower allocation, capacity utilization, and output targets. Track and improve operator and linelevel efficiencies through regular analysis. Support training and method development to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize rejection and rework. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports for performance tracking. Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Footwear Technology, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in footwear or apparel manufacturing. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on process improvement. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and production planning tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally. What we are offering.
