Job Title: Senior Product Manager Product Lead (Multi-Pod) Experience Level: 6 - 10 Years Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Shift Time: UK Shift (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and align multiple product streams across our organization. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, ensuring execution consistency across Product Owners, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision Define and drive the overall product roadmap across multiple pods Align product initiatives with business goals and revenue impact Identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization Pod Leadership & Alignment Manage and mentor Product Owners across different product pods Ensure consistency in product thinking, prioritization, and execution Drive cross-pod collaboration and dependency management Execution Excellence Establish and enforce product development frameworks and best practices Ensure the timely delivery of features with high quality Track product performance metrics and optimize continuously Stakeholder Management Act as the bridge between leadership, product, and engineering teams Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively Influence decision-making at senior levels Customer & Market Focus Bring strong user-centric thinking into product decisions Work with sales and customer success to gather insights Translate feedback into actionable product improvements Required Skills & Experience 6 – 10+ years in Product Management Proven experience managing multiple products or product teams Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring Product Owners Ability to balance strategy and execution Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments Strong analytical and decision-making skills Good to Have Experience in SaaS / B2B environments Exposure to automation, CRM, or internal tools Prior experience in scaling product teams
