Application Support, Development and Maintenance

Provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and develop or maintain online application systems to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable data processing. • The candidate will support Mindtree or its client business in one or more of development, maintenance, infrastructure support, or testing. • The candidate will undergo a 3-months technical training program to learn about their role and 9 months on the job training. • The candidate will develop strategies, apply critical thinking and will be able to provide appropriate recommendations for ethical decision making. • Collaborate with team to improve performance by providing data/information in standard formats and achieve the desired goals through efficient resources planning, continuous monitoring, and clear correspondence. • Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment.
