About the role
You will be joining Akidha as a Frontend Engineer (Flutter) based in Mumbai (Goregaon East) with the opportunity to work from the office. As part of the HealthTech/E-pharmacy industry, you will be responsible for building and enhancing products using Flutter, Dart, Firebase, and APIs. Role Overview: In this role, you will focus on building products and enhancing customer-facing experiences to drive activation, engagement, conversion, and retention through effective product execution. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain Flutter applications for Akidha - Develop new customer-facing features - Improve app performance and responsiveness - Deliver high-quality releases promptly - Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Design teams to translate business requirements into customer experiences - Integrate APIs and third-party services to improve app performance and stability - Write clean and maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to testing and release processes Qualifications Required: Must Have: - 3+ years of experience in Flutter development - Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart - Experience in building production mobile applications - Strong understanding of APIs and mobile architecture - Experience in publishing and maintaining Android/iOS apps - Strong problem-solving skills Good To Have: - Firebase experience - Experience in HealthTech, E-commerce, or Consumer Apps - Basic understanding of backend systems - Experience in startup environments Why Join Us: - Build products that impact healthcare accessibility - High ownership and visibility - Work directly with product and leadership teams - Opportunity to influence customer experience at scale - Fast-growing startup environment You will be joining Akidha as a Frontend Engineer (Flutter) based in Mumbai (Goregaon East) with the opportunity to work from the office.
