Role Overview: As a Lead Engineer at OJ Commerce, you will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts for a product line with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 70% to achieve the targeted revenue run rate of US$ 200 million in three years. You will work with cutting-edge technology in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers. - Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions such as LLMs, diffusion models, transformers. - Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment. - Work with large-scale datasets to develop, fine-tune, and evaluate models. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications. - Stay current with the latest research, tools, and trends in AI/ML, and recommend adoption where applicable. - Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices in AI model development. - Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI development. Qualifications Required: - 510 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including leadership responsibilities. - Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative models. - Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, Diffusers. - Proficient in ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, etc. - Solid programming skills in Python; experience with other languages like Java, C++, or Go is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices. - Experience deploying models in production environments like APIs, microservices, containers. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
