As a Process Improvement & Manufacturing Excellence Executive at our company located in SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and manufacturing excellence initiatives across operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency. - Supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations. - Collaborating with Production, Quality, Planning, and Operations teams to execute improvement projects. - Analyzing process performance and tracking key metrics to drive productivity and quality improvements. - Participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. - Developing and maintaining SOPs, process flows, and best practices. - Contributing to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have: - 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence. - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, or related methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis. - Exposure to automation, ERP systems, or manufacturing analytics tools will be an advantage.
