Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Manager Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 7+ Years Hiring For: One of our esteemed clients About the Role: We are currently hiring a Mechanical Engineering Manager for one of our prestigious clients. The role involves leading mechanical engineering projects, supporting presales activities, and conducting technical demos for global customers. The position also includes mentoring and training young engineers in leading mechanical design tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee mechanical engineering projects end-to-end. Conduct CAD & PLM product demos for clients across India and international regions. Prepare design proposals, time and cost estimates, and presales documentation. Ensure project delivery quality with adherence to timelines and scope. Train engineering students/professionals on mechanical design software. Travel as required for client meetings and demos. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering fields. Strong presales exposure including proposals, estimations, and technical presentations. Proficiency in CAD tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, Creo, NX. Knowledge of PLM tools: Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to work with global time zones and travel as needed.
