About the role
Role Overview: As an Associate Operations & Systems Analyst at Ollion, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the business processes and technology stack of the company. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 0.52 years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or a related technical field (relevant internship experience is welcomed). - Technical Aptitude: Foundational understanding of CRMs, automation tools (e.g., Zapier or Make), or basic data analysis workflows. - AI Curiosity: Strong interest in the future of tech and a habit of experimenting with AI-assisted development tools. - Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into clear, logical steps. - Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members. - High Agency: Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote environment and a hunger to proactively learn new software and frameworks.
