Job Requirements Proven experience in product management within the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. Strong understanding of healthcare management services and their applications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
