Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Specialist role based in the Greater Indore Area. The Quality Assurance Specialist will design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across OmegaSwifts platforms and products. The role includes identifying defects, documenting issues, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, and verifying fixes to ensure high-quality releases. The specialist will participate in requirements reviews, define quality standards, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain test documentation and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve supporting regression testing, monitoring quality metrics, and helping ensure that deliverables meet internal and client expectations. Qualifications Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, including test planning, execution, and defect management. Experience with Quality Management practices, including setting standards, tracking quality metrics, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or comparable quality frameworks and compliance guidelines. Ability to perform Quality Auditing activities, such as internal audits, documentation reviews, and process assessments. Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks (manual and/or automated testing). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
