Finance Data Analytics Specialist

In this role as a Specialist (Data Analytics-Alteryx) at Annalect India, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong accounting and analytical skills to support the business finance teams in delivering strong financial performance. Your role will involve closely working with the Global Agency Finance teams and leveraging your expertise in data analysis and data modeling, specifically focusing on Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. Your contributions will drive strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive data analysis, including trend identification, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling using Alteryx. - Utilize Alteryx server for scheduling, monitoring, and managing workflow execution. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and workflows. - Document data processes and workflows for knowledge sharing. - Design, develop, and maintain robust data models supporting business intelligence and reporting needs. - Collaborate with the team to identify, communicate, and manage project risks, and lead efforts to mitigate them. - Communicate effectively with both the team and management regarding project status, health, and risks. - Work closely with team members on collaborative initiatives and individual projects. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in accounting or relevant field with 7-9 years of experience in accounting operations. - Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new accounting software. - Experience in Microsoft D365, Media Ocean, and Hyperion is a plus. - Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups, and conditional formulas. - Good analytical ability and logical reasoning. - Strong oral and written communication skills. Desirable Skills & Attributes: - R2R experience. - Finance and Data Operations knowledge.
