Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Experience: 5–14 Years Location: Bangalore Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH) Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the Banking/Financial Services industry and experience working on regulatory and compliance-driven applications . The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, CMS solutions, and GenAI implementations while building scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications. Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js with Next.js or Angular.js . Build scalable backend services using .NET Core/.NET Framework or PHP . Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business stakeholders. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications following banking industry standards. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications. Implement GenAI -powered capabilities such as AI assistants, document intelligence, summarization, and workflow automation. Develop and maintain CMS-driven web applications and digital platforms. Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable web applications. Build reusable UI components. Develop REST APIs and backend services. Integrate third-party applications and enterprise systems. Optimize application performance and security. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms. Work with cloud-native services and containerized deployments. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
