About the role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Configure and maintain Linux-based fleet devices. 2. Assist in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AI dashcams, GPS trackers, and related hardware. 3. Perform basic hardware diagnostics and replace faulty components whenever required. 4. Maintain installation records, inventory logs, and service reports using Microsoft Excel. 5. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth deployment activities. 6. Support field engineers during device installation, maintenance, and customer visits. 7. Record device serial numbers, installation details, and customer information accurately. 8. Travel to client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support whenever required. Candidates pursuing or completed a Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines are preferred. 2. Basic knowledge of Linux, computer hardware, and Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of networking, GPS, or IoT devices will be an added advantage. 3. Candidates should be willing to travel for field assignments. A valid two-wheeler driving licence will be preferred. About Company: We are an Ahmedabad-based AI tech company specializing in dashcams.
