Senior QA & Product Documentation Lead (Bangalore Metropolitan Area)

We're looking for a Senior QA & Product Documentation Lead to own both quality assurance and product documentation across OMS. In a compliance-critical platform used by accredited labs, QA isn't just about finding bugs it's about ensuring that every workflow, report, and audit trail behaves exactly as the standard requires. You'll also be the single source of truth for product behaviour across Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. Responsibilities - Define and implement QA and documentation processes across OMS products - Review requirements (BRD / FRD / SRS) for completeness, testability, and alignment with product expectations - Prepare and maintain QA artefacts Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and sign-off records - Create and manage Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) covering requirements, CRs, test coverage, and releases - Perform impact analysis for Change Requests and align test and documentation updates with scope changes - Execute functional and regression testing - manage defect lifecycle including logging, tracking, prioritisation, and Root Cause Analysis - Drive release readiness through Test Summary Reports, QA sign-off, and release checklists - Build and maintain product documentation module overviews, workflows, usage guidelines, and known limitations - Develop and manage Product FAQs for Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, and customer reference - Act as the single source of truth for product behaviour by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams Requirements - 58 years of experience in QA and/or product documentation for enterprise or SaaS products - Proven ability to write and manage QA artefacts Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, RTM, Test Summary Reports - Experience reviewing BRD / FRD / SRS documents for completeness and testability - Hands-on defect lifecycle management including RCA and release sign-off - Solid technical writing skills able to produce module overviews, workflows, and FAQs for multiple audiences - Experience with Jira or equivalent issue tracking and test management tools - Familiarity with API testing (Postman) and basic SQL for data verification - Background in compliance-heavy domains (lab management, ERP, healthcare) preferred What you get Hybrid work BengaluruCompetitive salary with performance incentivesLead-level role with direct product and cross-team impactWork on a compliance-critical platform where documentation and quality have real consequencesCareer path to Head of QA or Product Operations .
