Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers in an Agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions across platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver features Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices Develop high-performance backend services using Java and cloud-native technologies Build and maintain modern frontend applications using JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS Implement and manage automated testing and continuous integration pipelines Design and consume RESTful APIs using industry standards such as JSON and XML Optimize database performance using relational and non-relational database systems Apply microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and stream processing in application development Ensure security and performance best practices are incorporated into all software solutions Qualifications & Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience Minimum of 1 year in a technical team leadership role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline Proven experience in object-oriented design and development Strong background in distributed systems and algorithms Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus Experience with database systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL is preferred Exposure to Kafka, event-driven architecture, and data-centric design is an advantage Understanding of Firewalls and Networking is a plus Familiarity with Cornerstone is a plus
