Team Lead- Software Engineer (fullstack)

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code to create the visual elements of applications. You will collaborate with the development team to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, defining both the look and functionality of the application. Key Responsibilities: - Build scalable web applications using MERN Stack - Convert visual designs into UI elements with attention to detail and design fidelity - Ensure web applications are responsive and compatible across different browsers - Optimize application performance and reduce page loading times - Collaborate with various teams to implement new features - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight project deadlines - Implement unit tests and integration tests to enhance development efficiency Qualifications Required: - 3 years of work experience in Backend (preferably NodeJS), Frontend (React/Angular), and Software Design/Architecture - Minimum 2 years of experience in building production-grade applications on ReactJS or Angular - Proficiency in building reusable UI components - Familiarity with messaging services such as Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ - Experience in integrating REST APIs and developing data processing pipelines - Knowledge of distributed web services development and chaining - Understanding of cloud services like AWS and GCP - Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, etc - Experience working with Mapping Libraries like Google Maps, Mapbox, or Leaflet is a plus Additional Details: This role offers an innovative and high-growth opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup.
