Ondaro is looking for a motivated and collaborative Pleno ServiceNow Developer – HRSD/ITSM to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you'll help deliver high-quality HR and IT service management solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiency. You'll work closely with senior developers, architects, and stakeholders to build, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow applications while expanding your technical expertise in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• • Execute the technical implementation of HRSD, following the team's established development standards.

• • Develop and maintain employee journeys and the Employee Center, ensuring system performance.

• • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and security issues related to HRSD, escalating highly complex cases when necessary.

• • Teamwork & Collaboration: Support Junior developers and collaborate with the broader technical team on daily challenges.

• • Quality & Governance: Write clean code adhering to ServiceNow best practices and participate actively in peer code reviews.

• • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve performance and technical issues effectively.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• • Intermediate English (Required); Intermediate Spanish (Desirable).

• • Solid experience configuring portals and HR processes; familiarity with Performance Analytics for HR.

• • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features (Schedulers, Events, UI Actions, Business Rules).

• • Strong practical experience with server-side and client-side scripting, including APIs like GlideSystem and GlideRecord/GlideAggregate.

• • Hands-on experience using Flow Designer to build and automate workflows.

• • Experience developing and maintaining inbound and outbound integrations (e.g., REST API, basic OAuth).
