The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and API development, along with hands-on experience in modern software architecture, design patterns, and containerized environments. As a Senior Developer or Technical Lead, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and optimizing scalable backend solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability across projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using C# and .NET Core.Build, optimize, and deploy RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms within APIs and microservices.Apply dependency injection, service registration, and interface-driven architecture for clean and maintainable code.Use Docker or similar containerization tools to build, run, and manage applications in containerized environments.Employ common design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton, etc.) to ensure robust and modular architecture.Implement comprehensive exception handling, logging, and error management practices.Write and maintain unit tests (xUnit or similar) to ensure high code coverage and quality assurance.Work with MongoDB, including document modeling, querying, filtering, and performance optimization.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and project managers for end-to-end delivery.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide mentorship to junior developers.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas of optimization in design, architecture, and process.
