Key Duties: Participate in the design and development of UI/UX for our digital platforms to enhance user engagement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs and interfaces. Develop and present comprehensive wireframes and prototypes to depict proposed functionality to team members and stakeholders. Conduct thorough research on user behavior and integrate feedback to refine designs. Stay abreast of UI/UX trends and incorporate this knowledge into design practices to ensure cutting-edge outputs. Qualifications: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand constraints and possibilities within web design. Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and a user-centered design approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
