About the role
You will be part of the engineering team at OneStack, a B2B2C core banking solutions company, working on next-generation banking solutions including transaction systems, APIs, and customer-facing modules. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining core banking modules such as account management, loan processing, and transaction handling. You will also be responsible for building secure and scalable APIs, ensuring system reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and exploring new technologies for innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain core banking modules like account management, loan processing, and transaction handling. - Build secure, scalable APIs for partner integrations and customer applications. - Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and compliance with banking standards. - Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Explore new technologies to enhance speed, security, and user experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming. - Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go, or C++). - Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and transaction systems. - Understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
