About the role
As a Senior RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere A360, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade automation solutions. You may also have the opportunity to work with Agentic AI in the RPA domain for added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy automation bots using Automation Anywhere A360. - Understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. - Create reusable components, frameworks, and best-practice-based bot designs. - Work on integrations with applications, databases, APIs, Excel, email, PDFs, and web systems. - Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and bot monitoring. - Provide support for production bots and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Prepare technical documentation such as SDD, deployment guide, and support handover documents. - Review code and mentor junior developers as needed. - Explore AI / Agentic AI use cases to optimize automation workflows. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Automation Anywhere A360. - Good understanding of Control Room, Bot Runner, Credential Vault, queues, schedules, and deployments. - Experience in web, Excel, email, PDF, database, and API-based automation. - Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python and VBScript. - Strong understanding of exception handling and production support. - Basic understanding of GenAI / Agentic AI concepts, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop automation.
