Lead UX Designer

Role Overview: You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, marketing team, and designers. Your main responsibility will be to execute a strategic vision at the beginning of a project and ensure its delivery at each stage of the design and development process. Additionally, you will own and manage multiple rapid research, design, and prototyping projects, as well as oversee design work across various initiatives through successful project execution, tracking, and resourcing. Your role will involve leading new creative thinking across different product releases, platforms, and devices, driving the direction, style, and methodology of design and accessibility. You will also be required to review work and provide feedback to design team members.
