Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics Originations

As a Senior Manager in the Data Science and Analytics team based in India, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining statistical and machine learning models using advanced SAS programming. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining statistical and machine learning models using advanced SAS programming. - Building and optimizing SAS-based reports and data pipelines to support business operations and decision-making. - Streamlining and automating existing modeling, reporting, ETL processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. - Analyzing model performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Supporting customer segmentation, campaign analytics, and marketing file generation. - Ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. - Masters (or PhD) degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred. - 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with some experience in marketing and/or mortgage analytics being beneficial. - Expert-level SAS programming skills, including SAS macro language and modeling procedures. - Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office. - Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, or exploratory analysis. - Solid foundation in statistical modeling and data analysis. - Ability to translate business objectives into analytical solutions. - Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is a plus.
