About the internship: 1. Design clean, modern UI screens for web app in Figma dashboards, dossier views, and the live-call assistant interface and ship them fast enough to keep pace with a startup build cycle. 2. Turn rough product ideas and founder sketches into high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes within hours, not days. 3. Build motion graphics and micro-interactions (loading states, transitions, product demos) using Adobe After Effects and AI motion tools. 4. Use AI design tools (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, and similar) to accelerate ideation, generate assets, and cut production time without losing quality. 5. Create marketing and social creatives carousels, ad visuals, launch graphics that match brand system. 6. Maintain and extend the design system: components, tokens, spacing, and typography, so the product stays visually consistent as it grows. Work directly with the founders and developers, take feedback in real time, and iterate quickly to hit tight deadlines. Actively uses AI design and motion tools in their workflow and can show how they speed up output with them. Fast, precise, and detail-obsessed — able to deliver polished work under startup timelines. Understands design fundamentals: hierarchy, spacing, color, and typography. Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity — can take a one-line brief and run with it. Bonus: basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how designs get built, and any experience designing for AI or SaaS products.
