About the role
Requirements
-
• Bachelor’s Degree in EE, ET, or EMET plus 10+ years in the power semiconductors field or master’s degree plus 5+ years in the semiconductor industry.
-
• Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
-
• Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.
-
• Individual must have excellent problem-solving skills.

• Individual must have excellent organizational skills.
-
• Must have excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
Preferred Qualifications
-
• Experience in performing high current analog circuit design
-
• Experience developing complex software applications in NI LabVIEW
-
• AutoCAD experience for documentation of designs
-
• Should have a strong understanding of device and package failure analysis techniques
-
• Should have a strong understanding of Power and Thermal calculations.

• Experience developing embedded control systems.

• Strong understanding of high current power delivery (50ADC-2000ADC).

• Interested in bringing the most advanced Power Semiconductors to the Automotive Industry.
