Post Fab Technician - Days

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of technical manufacturing experience Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-hours per day in a cleanroom environment while wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves. Basic computer literacy, including the use of email, web-based systems, and common office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office applications) to document work, create reports, and communicate with team members. Must be self-motivated, showing initiative and drive to exceed performance expectations. Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with close attention to detail. Ability to work well in a diverse team environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities. Able to speak and write fluently in English. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Vocational High School, Technical training, or technical trade certificate. Proficient in working with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools Knowledge of and ability to follow 5S; LEAN is a plus. Employees in this role may be required to participate in the site Emergency Response Brigade and support emergency preparedness activities. Participation includes maintaining required training, certifications, and response readiness in accordance with site policies and business needs. Hourly: onsemi is excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $18.46 to $32.26 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
