Product Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent, providing a strong technical foundation in semiconductor devices, circuits, and engineering principles.

• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in semiconductor Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or related field , with hands-on involvement in product support, issue resolution, and manufacturing environment.

• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process flow, including fab, assembly, and test operations, to support effective problem analysis and product performance improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to perform data analysis and apply structured root cause methodology to resolve complex technical issues and drive corrective actions.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining focus, ownership, and meeting timeline expectations.

• Good communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams, enabling effective coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and clear technical reporting.

• Experience in tools such as Exensio, Minitab, Excel, or equivalent, to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

• Understanding of product test methodology and flow is an advantage , including knowledge of test concepts, coverage, and data interpretation to support product validation and improvement
