Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with marketing and customers to define system-level requirements and IC specifications. Define and oversee detailed simulations using modern EDA tools and accurate models. Work closely with layout engineers to translate schematics into silicon. Lead technical aspects of projects including task planning and coordination. Write design documentation and test plans. Support product qualification and manufacturing, including yield improvement and customer issue resolution. Own technical outcomes of design, verification, implementation, and execution of power management ICs with complexities that can span from simple regulators to complex mixed-signal designs and control loops. Understand project goals, create a realistic schedule and resource plan, track execution schedule to plan, monitor progress, and provide full clarity to the team on the goals and objectives. Ensure first-pass success and timely execution using established design methodologies.
