About the role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, or Physics (advanced degree is an advantage).
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in power semiconductor test and/or product engineering.
Background in high-power semiconductors and analog driver ICs test development is preferred.
Familiarity with Teradyne ETS88/800/364, AccoTest STS8200, PowerTech Qt4100 test platforms or equivalent multi-site systems is a big advantage.
Wafer sort testing experience is an added advantage
Experience with Labview programming is an added advantage
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Visual C++ programming and/or Python andLabView.
Strong background in test development for power semiconductors and IC Gate drivers.
Strong bench-testing skills using power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and curve tracers for debugging.
Experience in dynamic testing of power semiconductors is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
Effective team player with proven ability to collaborate across multi-functional groups and global locations.
Additional Competencies:
Solid technical project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
