About the role
- System Development & Support Develop and maintain applications for equipment automation and manufacturing systems Support MES (e.g., PROMIS) to ensure stable 24/7 operations, including handling system incidents through an on-call duty rotation during nights, weekends, and holidays. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
- Process Improvement & Automation Improve manufacturing efficiency through system automation Support optimization of production workflow using IT solutions Implement system enhancements to reduce manual operations
- Requirement Gather requirements from manufacturing users Design and implement solutions aligned with business needs Participate in global projects and system deployment
- Collaboration & Communication Communicate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Production) Work with global IT teams on system standardization and rollout Provide technical support and training to end users
