About the role
· Work with wafer Fab, assembly sites and Design group on resolution of product and test issues. · Perform yield improvement, quality enhancement, test optimization (including flow reduction and test time reduction). · Qualify and correlate new test program and hardware. · Perform product characterization. · Assist in repair of load boards · Low yield lot analysis and disposition · Electrical gate failed lot analysis and disposition · Test program debugging, analysis, enhancement, qualification, and control. · Coordinate with internal operations on product issues and concern. · Coordinate with offshore sites on product issues and concern. · Perform other related tasks assigned by Supervisor · Support NPI qualification
