Boomi Integration Developer

Job Title: Senior UKG Boomi Integration Consultant About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior UKG – Boomi Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in both UKG Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM/Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Central) and Boomi Integration Platform . This role requires professionals who have worked extensively on integrating UKG applications with enterprise systems using Dell Boomi. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Workforce Management applications and third-party enterprise systems using Dell Boomi. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. Build, configure, test, and deploy Boomi integration processes, APIs, connectors, and data mappings. Develop inbound and outbound interfaces between UKG, HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and other enterprise applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Perform integration testing, system validation, and production deployments. Collaborate with UKG functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support implementation, migration, enhancement, and production support activities. Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment guides. Follow integration best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Required Skills S trong expertise in UKG and Dell Boomi Integration . Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Dimensions (WFD), Workforce Central (WFC), or UKG Workforce Management . Strong hands-on development experience using Dell Boomi AtomSphere Integration Platform . Experience integrating UKG with HRMS,Payroll, ERP, and third-party enterprise applications. Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, FTP/SFTP, and API integrations. Experience in data mapping, transformation, and integration troubleshooting. Good understanding of Boomi Process Builds, Connectors, API Management, and Integration Frameworks. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and version control. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications UKG Implementation or Integration experience is highly preferred. Dell Boomi Certification is an added advantage. Experience with UKG APIs, Data Hub, Integration Hub, or Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) is desirable. Exposure to cloud integration and enterprise middleware technologies. Experience working with global implementation or support projects.
