About the role
A Junior System Administrator (Jr. System Admin) is an entry-level IT infrastructure role focused on maintaining and supporting an organization's computer systems, servers, networks, and user accounts. Experience : 0 - 1.5 yrs Typical Responsibilities - Install and maintain Windows (PCs and servers). - Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions. - Manage Active Directory, groups, and access rights. - Monitor server performance, CPU, memory, disk, and uptime. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. - Install software, drivers, updates, patches, and antivirus. - Configure printers, email, shared folders, and network drives. - Manage file sharing and user access. - Perform backup, restore, and recovery tasks. - Support virtual machines and virtualization systems. - Check system logs and fix errors/alerts. - Handle user issues. - Provide remote support to users. - Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records. - Upgrade and replace hardware components. - Documentation of ISO procedures - Rest activities related with System & Admin Compensation: 20,000.00 per month Perks: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
