Responsibilities Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products in alignment with industry standards and best practices Customize One Identity Manager components, workflows, and data models based on business requirements Build and maintain connectors to integrate target systems and applications Work with exposed One Identity APIs to extend system functionality Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed IAM solution designs Provide end-to-end implementation support, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment Engage directly with clients for requirement clarification, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient IAM architecture across enterprise environments Provide technical support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of implemented IAM solutions
