We are looking for a proactive and motivated SAP to join our dynamic team. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Consultant with 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, or enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SAP processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Provide support for SAP modules and business processes. Analyze business requirements and assist in translating them into SAP solutions. Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation activities. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues within defined SLAs. Support data migration, integration, and system enhancement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare functional specifications and user documentation. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training sessions. Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements. Required Skills 12 years of experience working with SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, or other SAP solutions. Basic understanding of SAP implementation and support methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good knowledge of business processes and SAP best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field. SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Skills Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment. Knowledge of SAP reporting and data analysis. Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools. Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
