About the role
Freelance Shopify setup & WordPressDeveloper Revenue Share Model | Remote | OomaLabs Position Overview We are seeking skilled Freelance WordPress & Shopify Developers to work on client projects under a Revenue Share Model . This is not a salaried position. Developers will be assigned projects based on their expertise and availability and will receive a pre-agreed percentage of the project revenue upon successful completion of project milestones. This prospect is ideal for freelancers who are confident in delivering production-ready websites and want access to a steady pipeline of projects without having to source clients independently. Key Responsibilities The selected developer will be responsible for: - Designing and developing responsive WordPress and Shopify websites. - Building business, portfolio, corporate, landing page, and eCommerce websites. - Developing pixel-perfect websites from Figma, Adobe XD, or other design files. - Creating and customizing WordPress themes. - Customizing Shopify themes using Liquid. - Installing, configuring, and managing WordPress plugins and Shopify applications. - Building WooCommerce stores with complete eCommerce functionality. - Setting up Shopify stores, collections, products, shipping, taxes, and payment gateways. - Integrating third-party APIs and services. - Implementing responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Optimizing website speed and Core Web Vitals. - Implementing technical SEO best practices. - Performing website migration between hosting providers. - Configuring domain, SSL certificates, DNS records, and email integration. - Debugging and resolving website errors. - Maintaining website security and implementing security best practices. - Creating backup and recovery procedures. - Ensuring browser compatibility across major browsers. - Testing websites before deployment. - Publishing websites to production servers. - Providing post-launch support when required. - Estimating develo .
