Application Developer 3

5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and

JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with modern

JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or

VueJs/Ember) Passion for user experience and

design and an understanding of front-end

architecture Experience in enterprise cloud

environments and cloud technologies Familiarity

with Databricks is a plus Basic SQL skills and

data modeling experience (including star

schema / dimensional models) Experience with

CI/CD and Git-based workflows Modern

developing experience using AI tools or copilots

to assist with development and documentation

Familiarity with automation or AI agents to

streamline development workflows is a plus

Strong communication skills Comfortable

working directly with engineers and managers in

the electric utility / operations domain Able to

operate in a regulated, production-critical

enterprise environment
