Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer - IT

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will utilize your superior knowledge and experience to test Applications. You will play a key role in the agile team, ensuring high quality in test efforts that involve multiple test resources and coordination with development teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and developing Automated tests, creating and maintaining CI/CD setup and environments, daily automation monitoring, proactive reporting, and escalation of issues, developing and executing test plans against functional and technical requirements, maintaining test strategies and test cases, and performing functional, integration, and regression testing. You will also be responsible for identifying, isolating, regressing, and communicating bugs effectively, logging defects in a detailed and reproducible way, tracking all assigned defects through closure, and interacting with the development team to resolve discovered defects. Additionally, you will create, maintain, perform, and upgrade test scripts, analyze test cases, and provide regular progress reports, evaluate and communicate test coverage, red flags, and anomalies to the Scrum team to aid in decision-making for certifying releases, perform business/requirements analysis, and identify requirements traceability. You will take ownership of assigned product module QA efforts and build, maintain, and administer a controlled test environment.
